Finishing of external surfaces of the AM parts can be carried out with different treatments and, among these, the mass finishing with vibrating machines is one of the most performing.
Regarding the internal channels, the methods are more limited. Due to the fact that strong products are generally used, the pieces are treated in closed spaces, far from the operators.
Best Finishing has developed processes that utilise the same products used for the external surfaces adding abrasive particles selected as function of the material, without the use of inserts which, due to the wear, would block the channels.

La finitura esterna dei pezzi in AM può essere effettuata con diversi procedimenti e tra questi la finitura in massa con macchine vibranti è una tra le più performanti.
Per i canali interni i metodi sono più limitati e solitamente utilizzano prodotti energici che obbligano a trattare i pezzi in ambienti chiusi non a contatto con gli operatori.
Best Finishing ha messo a punto lavorazioni senza inserti, che con l’usura bloccherebbero i canali e lascerebbero residui all’interno degli stessi, impiegando gli stessi prodotti utilizzati per l’esterno con l’aggiunta di particelle abrasive selezionate in funzione del materiale.
