The workshop focuses on different shot blasting treatments carried out on components in AlSi10Mg and AISI 316L. Dry shot blasting was conducted with a first passage using corundum as media then followed by another one with glass spheres. Wet shot blasting was carried out using ceramic balls and corundum as media. Analysis and images of the treated components will be shown to understand how their surface conditions have changed through the different shot blasting processes.
FINITURA SU PARTICOLARI ADDITIVI IN METALLO – SABBIATURA AD UMIDO E SABBIATURA A SECCO
Il workshop si focalizza su differenti trattamenti di sabbiatura effettuati su componenti in AlSi10Mg e AISI 316L. La sabbaitura a secco è stata condotta con un primo passaggio di corindone seguito da uno di biglie di vetro. Per quanto riguarda la granigliatura a umido, la prova è stata eseguita con biglie di ceramica e corindone. Verranno mostrate analisi ed immagini dei componenti trattati per capire come le condizioni superficiali degli stessi sono cambiate grazie ai diversi processi di sabbiatura.
